NSKA Central Kicks Off Season On Greer’s Ferry

The Natural State Kayak Anglers 2021 season is almost underway, the group from Central Arkansas will get things started this weekend at Greer’s Ferry! Greer’s Ferry Lake is a reservoir that consists of two lake filled by a water filled gorge called the Narrows. The normal pool of Greer’s Ferry is 461.3 feet above sea level. You can expect to see miles of shoreline with bluff walls as well as rock banks when fishing Greer’s.

For the upcoming NSKA Central event scheduled for Saturday, February 27th, we could see 78”+ of fish for 1st Place. In 2019 the winner came in with 71”, as for 2020 there was a bit of a jump as 1st Place came in with 84.50”.

Clint Ryther holds both of the titles for our previous two events. Your medium diving cranks, Ned rigs and shakey heads could be the ticket for this weekend. Keep an eye on the leaderboard this weekend, we could see some great Largemouth, Spotted, and Smallmouth bass being caught.
