Zengerle wins on Dardanelle in latest Central Event

27 anglers took on the heat at Dardanelle !Anglers had the choice to fish piney and/or Illinois Bayou in this event! Tyler Zengerle stole the show early with his tank of a fish at 21.5 inches. Tyler shared he caught the big girl on a swimming worm. He used a mixture of that bait and a wacky rig to climb his limit up to 85inches making a clean sweep of big bass and first place.

Jerry Aycock Jr. is no stranger to Dardanelle, the local angler has shown the ability to catch fish a number of ways on the lake. He shared that he used an ole monster worm near root balls up in piney to catch a strong limit on a hard day of fishing. His 83 inches was good for second place, two fish over 18inches helped anchor his limit!

Eric E. Morris did what Eric does, rode a Chatterbait and underspin to a strong limit. The new AOY leader fished near vegetation in Illinois Bayou. Two fish over 18 inches also anchored Eric s limit for a total of 82.25 and third place. We appreciate everyone that came out to fish with us.
